I wanted to throw a Halloween costume party and have all sorts of spooky-looking food/booze to serve, but alas, our floors are yet unfinished. They’re mostly done, though. Unfortunately, they’ve been mostly done for weeks now, but that will be remedied this weekend.
[insert Amazon “It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown” movie here] So, instead of the All Hallows Eve bash I wanted, Kev and I settled on having a Halloween movie marathon, popcorn included. 😀 Titles will include: Beetlejuice and/or Edward Scissorhands, The Nightmare Before Christmas and It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown (if we can find it at Blockbuster). What can I say? Tim Burton makes good Halloween movies.
We won’t be disturbed by trick-or-treaters because we live in a secured building and they find it too much of a hassle, but maybe some good ghosts will join us for a movie or two. 😉 After the movie marathon, we’ll probably be needing some caffeine, so we’ll walk to the local Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf for our own treat to end a relaxing Halloween evening with.
I hope whatever you are planning is safe and fun! Happy Halloween!
