Well, honestly, i don't notice such a punctuations. As far as me, i have caught myself sometimes to do such mistakes when i type in hurry, so for some it is just a mistake probably.
But obviously for some it is normal. The thing that drives me crazy is when i don't see space after punctuations like: ",this.Or this."

I have this quirk where ending punctation must be odd numbers. For example, one exclamation mark is fine. Two is wrong. Three is the next okay one. Four is right out. See where this is going??? Same thing for question marks.

I do it sometimes. Other times I'm thinking leave me alone with your over expressive punctuation. Hmm, I probably can't have it both ways. Oh well. I love the name of your blog.

It's just you.

HEE!!!!!

I am extremely perfunctory with my grammar and etc, but when writing prose, I think !!!! and ???? is expressive. It leaves no doubt as to what the writer is getting across. Kind of like punctuation emoticons. You know what I mean? You know what I mean?????
