Oranges come in good and evil kinds. The good ones peal easily… the bad ones though,… they’re a real chore to peal!

Looks like you had a good on there :P they’re also a lot sweeter than the hard-to-peel oranges.

I’m from Canada and haven’t even seen a orange tree. They do grow on trees don’t they? lol. I like oranges but hate to peel them. I wear glasses too and it never fails.. I get squirted in the face and have to clean my specks. But I guess that beats getting it in the eye..

Sara - It's fun to try! Though, it may take some practice to get the entire peel off at once. It's taken me eating (and peeling) lots of oranges to get it right. ;-) Simple Mindz - D'oh! It's sad that you don't get much fresh produce, especially living here in So Cal. I adore juicing. I juice anything and everything, especially stuff that has gotten too ripe to eat whole. Hmm, such skill and grace. Although I like oranges, I find I don’t consume them much in the winter months. Although I too live in So Cal, here in the mountains we don’t get the best produce with only one tiny organic market. Still, I am enjoying juicing and actually had some lime juice from someone’s tree…my neighbors brought them up.
